Do I have to buy the audit before a monthly plan?+
Yes. I will not take on a site I have not looked at properly. The audit is how I find out what I would be inheriting, and it is how you find out whether I know what I am talking about. If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of your audit, the $299 comes straight off your setup fee.
Why is there a setup fee on top of the monthly price?+
The first month is the heaviest. Gathering access, cleaning up data, testing every form, writing the messages, connecting the tracking and establishing a baseline all happen before the monthly rhythm starts. Charging it separately keeps the monthly price honest instead of burying the work in a longer contract.
Am I locked into a contract?+
The first 90 days are committed, because nothing settles faster than that and leaving sooner would waste your setup fee. After 90 days it is month to month and you can stop whenever you like.
Do you guarantee more leads or better rankings?+
No. I guarantee the work, the monitoring, the response times and the reporting. Nobody can guarantee what your market does, and anyone who offers to is telling you something they cannot back up.
What does "one location" mean?+
One website and one physical location or service area. Additional locations are $250 to $350 per month depending on the plan, because each one needs its own listing, its own tracking and its own reporting.
Why are website changes capped instead of unlimited?+
Unlimited means the price is a guess and the quality drops when someone leans on it. A stated allowance means you know exactly what you get and I can deliver it properly. Anything beyond the allowance gets quoted before I start.
Do you use AI to do this work?+
Yes, for the repetitive parts: health scans, report assembly, first drafts, monitoring. Nothing public-facing goes out without me reading it first, and negative reviews, complaints, pricing and anything that commits you to a promise are handled by me personally. You are hiring accountability, not software.
